<li>Confirm your booking to receive an instant notification containing all relevant ride details. You can specify whether the trip is personal or for business purposes.</li>
<li>Monitor the real-time progress of your cab as it approaches your location.</li>

At the conclusion of your journey, payment can be made in cash or through mobile payment services such as Hello Cash, E-Birr, etc. Fare details are automatically emailed to you for your records.

For those planning ahead, our support centers are available to assist with advance bookings, including airport transfers and other destinations. Our courteous and professional drivers aim to ensure a stress-free travel experience, allowing you to enjoy the convenience offered by the Easy Ride platform.

The app enables users to view fare estimates for different vehicle categories by selecting the desired option and pressing "Estimated Fare." To get an approximation of the total cost before booking, simply input your destination, and the estimated fare will be displayed.
